Milton M. Herrera 🇨🇴

Milton M. Herrera is a Professor of Logistics, Simulation and Business Management at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Universidad Militar Nueva Granada 🇨🇴, where is also the Director of Studies Group in Organization Management at the Economic Sciences Research Centre. Professor Herrera is member of the System Dynamics Society. He holds a PhD in Model Based Public Planning, Policy Design, and Management at the University of Palermo (Italy), and he also is MSc in Industrial Engineering, and Production Engineering at the Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas.

He is author of the book series in “Understanding Complex Systems”, “Lecture Notes in Energy” and “System Dynamics for Performance Management”, by Springer. He has published on several academic and professional journals, where and he also serves as a member of the Scientific Committee. He has also research experience with different research centres in public/private institutions for designing and implementing of policies and managerial strategies. He has a scientific interest on energy studies, business model innovation and food supply chains performance.
