Our research is particularly interested in understanding the diffusion patterns of electric vehicles (ligh vehicles and heavy duty vehicles) in Brazil, by taking into account the institutional and regulatory framework of the country, the product and service platform including, for instance, charging stations across the nation and the, both, successful and unsuccessful policies abroad.

We also study the coupling with other clean technologies, such as biogas, solar PV and green hydrogen, as well as the impacts of large scale EV deplyoment on the electric grid.
